This chemical catcher will keep clients dry and protected from chemicals. Allows for less mess during the perming process and ability to reuse and reapply solution in catcher for minimal product waste. NOTE: Do not reapply Curl Cult REGENERATE Neutralizing Treatment when using Chem Catcher as it has been contaminated with LIBERATE solution when applied.
