Return Policy

As part of our commitment to giving our customers the best experience, Curl Cult offers a fair return policy. Curl Cult will accept returns and issue refunds for unopened or gently used retail products that were purchased directly from CurlCult.com only. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of product, with the original sales receipt. All professional products purchased through CurlCult.com are final sale. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return, which will be discounted from the buyer’s refund. If products were purchased from any third-party (beauty supply store, mass discount retailer, online auction site, etc.), please refer to their channel for returns as they will not be refunded through CurlCult.com. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment only. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Curl Cult.

Returns will process 1-3 days after receipt.
